Despite the availability of nursing support, some patients with a limited life expectancy are unable to remain in their homes. Hospice Visions' Home offers a home-like environment exclusively to care for these patients. Private rooms, a living room, a chapel and a fully equipped kitchen are designed to allow family members to remain with their loved one if they desire. Patients are encouraged to bring personal items from home to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The Hospice Visions Home provides compassionate medical care, emotional understanding and spiritual support to those who are dying and to those who go on living.

It is a haven where grieving families and friends can be assured their loved ones are receiving the best care possible. It is a refuge in which all involved can gather to gain strength and support from one another.
Application for admissions into the Hospice Visions Home is made through Hospice Visions, Inc. A pre-admission visit by a hospice staff member to assess the patient's condition and appropriateness for admission is required for those who currently are not patients of Hospice Visions, Inc.
